Rock climbing course in the Alps

France is famous for its wine, its cheese... and its mountains! The French Alps are heaven for skiers in winter time and climbers in the summer time. 

What about discovering verticality with a rock climbing course in the Alps ? 

 

 

Maybe you've already tried (rock) climbing with your friends, indoor or outdoor and want some more ? The rock climbing course we've designed in the Alps, near La Clusaz is made for beginners to intermediate climbers willing to be immersed in the French mountains for a nice week of sport and relaxation... and good food too ! 

 

Théo, our local guide specifically chooses the rock climbing spots we practice every day so you improve your skills while taking the course in the heart of the French Alps. On every spot, there is possibility to choose different difficulty levels so everybody has fun and learns new climbing techniques together. 

 

 

 

At Los Clavos French Alps, the rock climbing course is a 6-day all-inclusive package. The course is made of theory, security practice and of course lots of climbing on the surrounding cliffs. Theo the guide is native from Le Grand Bornand/La Clusaz area, the mountains are his playground!

 

He will take you canyoning twice during the week to double the fun. And a relaxing yoga class is also provided in the afternoon to complete the rock climbing/canyoning day.

No free solo here,  just learning and having fun in the cliffs around the chalet. Our main goal is for our guests to have fun and relax during the course, so don't be afraid and join us whatever your level is ! We host no more than 8 guests at a time in a lovely chalet in order to keep it friendly so don't worry about the crowds  :-) 

 

Food is important for us, and we hope for you too.  Breakfasts, lunches and dinners are prepared with as much local moutain ingredients as possible.  If you like cheese and wine, you are in the right place !
